Common questions to help users quickly understand demo and experience rules
A customer may only place multiple bets when choosing from betting markets that do not have a direct affect on each other. If a related contingency is present in the parlay multiple, the combined bet will not be excepted.
Example:
-Manchester United to win in the 1X2 market @ odds of 1.80
-Manchester United to win 2-0 in the correct score market @odds of 7.0
If Manchester United win 2-0, the combined odds would be 12.6. However, the odds should only be 7.0 because if Manchester United win 2-0, they will automatically have won in the 1X2 market.
If you had successfully placed your bets, bets will remain in effect even if you have lost your Internet connection. Once you log back in, you can check the event results on the results page and view the results of your bets in the My Account section.
For bets that were unsuccessfully placed when the Internet connection was lost, your balance will not be deducted. You only need to log in again after re-connecting to continue. You can always check your betting activities in the statement if you are unsure whether the bets were placed successfully.
You are solely responsible to ensure that the details of your bets are correct. Once your bets have been placed and their acceptance confirmed by us they may not be cancelled, revoked or changed and shall be deemed to be conclusive evidence in respect of the bets that you have placed. All bets are logged and recorded in our transaction log database and are conclusive evidence of all transactions and times at which the transactions are placed.
Many bets are settled automatically In-Play once a market has been “Unconditionally Determined”. For example: bet on Over 2.5 goals in a Football match and if 3 goals are scored, then it’s likely your winnings and stake will be returned soon after the 3rd goal is confirmed. For markets that cannot be settled In-Play, we aim to settle all bets as soon as possible once an event has finished.”
Should an event be abandoned, suspended or postponed and fail to resume after 36 hours from the official kick off/ start time, the result as it stands will be deemed void and bets will be cancelled, unless stated otherwise in the individual sport’s rules. Certain markets that are unconditionally determined will be settled accordingly. The settlement procedures for these markets are stated in the individual sport’s rules. The company’s decision to cancel bets in such an event is final and is regardless of any official decision by the event referee or relevant governing authority. For “Parlays”, the bet will still be considered valid, though the selection within the parlay will be considered void. The payout formula will be calculated as (1) for that particular selection.
