What is 1X2?

“1X2″refers to 3 outcomes that may occur within a defined period of an event. Participant 1 will win, Participant 2 will win, or the event will end in a Draw (X).”

What are Euro, Hong Kong, Indo and Malay odds types?

Hong Kong Odds

The value displayed for Hong Kong Odds (HK) indentifies the winning amount for every 1 unit that is staked at these odds. While the stake (and win amount) will be returned if the bet is successful, only the win amount is referenced in the odds.

E.g. Liverpool @-0.5 Handicap (Odds = 0.88) will offer winnings of 88 for every 100 staked.

Euro Decimal Odds

The value displayed for Euro Decimal Odds (Euro) indentifies the return amount for every 1 unit that is staked at these odds. If the bet is successful, the return will include both stake and winning amount.

E.g. Liverpool @-0.5 Handicap (Odds = 1.88) will offer a return of 188 for every 100 staked.

Indo Odds

The values displayed for Indo Odds can be either positive or negative. Only negative odds will display the minus (-) symbol.

Note: The balance deducted after bet placement will be related to the Indo Odds stated within the Bet Receipt and not the stake value. Example, if odds were -1.19 and a staked value was 100, 119 will be deducted from account balance.

-Positive Odds: The value displayed identifies the winning amount for every 1 unit that is staked (same as Hong Kong Odds).

The values displayed for Malay Odds can be either positive or negative. Only negative odds will display the minus (-) symbol.

What is “In-Play”?

In-Play is the status that defines when an event has started. Bets placed In-Play may be subject to delayed confirmation or acceptance based on the actions occurring within that event.

How do I know if the event will have in-play markets?

“Coming Soon” can be viewed in the event status. This will be visible in the app, mobile web and desktop.

How do I distinguish Home or Away teams, and which is the handicap favourite?

Home teams are the first team you will see in the event box. The stronger team (handicap favourite) is identified with their name in bold letters and highlighted. The assigned handicap is visible next to their displayed odds.
