What to do if I want to change my email address?

If you wanted to update your email address, kindly send your request and full copy of your identification documents and all the deposit-withdrawal payment methods you’ve used on your account (please see the specific methods also included in this FAQ, to be guided on what documents are needed) via email to [email protected]. Please be reminded that phone verification is necessary for this process and we will appreciate the confirmation of your contact number and best time for phone verification together with your request.

To start with the procedure, kindly click on the “Forgot Account?” button found at the topmost right corner of the website just below the log-in.

Follow the steps and fill-in the necessary information needed. For the new email address, please make sure that it’s not yet registered with 123Go

We will be unable to process your request in accordance with our terms and conditions. The necessary documents will be shown and be available for your perusal after the security code is keyed

How should I send the required KYC documents to 123Go?

We highly recommend that you use the Upload function in our PROFILE VERIFICATION page for faster and more convenient way of sending your documents to us. The PROFILE VERIFICATION page can be found under “My Account” at the upper right side of the website after you login to your 123Go account or if you are already logged into your account, simply click here.

If you are unable to use the upload function, you may submit your documents by email using your registered 123Go email address to [email protected].

What is a SOW Declaration Form and when do | have to fill out one?

This form is created for your convenience to fill-out in order to demonstrate your financial capacity to support your activities with 123Go. It would be added to the list of requirements on your Profile Verification Page, only if necessary. Kindly see the questions on the form and provide true information for proper verification assessment to transpire.

Employment Information – this is a mandatory space which requires information about you. For any available options with “Others” on it, kindly specify the needed information.

Source(s) of Total Wealth – you can tick the necessary information related to the nature of your financial capabilities. You may choose more than one option; if “Others” kindly specify the needed information.

Comments – this space is added for any other details that you may want to include. We recommend that you maximize this space if you feel there’s a need for it.

Rest assured that every information that we collect and obtain from you will be treated with utmost privacy and security in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2002.

Evidence showing legitimate source of your funds and wealth:

Main Savings Bank Account Statement for the last 3 months

Salary/Pay Slip for the last 3 months

Investment/business license or Contract
