What restrictions apply to watching Live TV?

You are only permitted to access live streaming video for your own personal use. Live video streamed from us must not be copied or reproduced in any way without the express permission of the company.

What can I do if the site is slow or if the connection is regularly lost?

Try to access other internet sites and determine whether the problems are confined to our live video streaming. If you are unable to use any other internet services please contact your Internet Service Provider. If our Live Streaming is the only affected site, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives, who will be happy to assist you.

When does Live TV become active for each event?

Each event will begin streaming 2 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event / match. The match must be active within the In-Play odds page.

Why am I unable to watch the live video streaming when I have met all the above system and browser requirements?

If you have a Firewall (security hardware / software) or any other related security software running on your device, it might have affected your access to the site. You should consult the manufacturer’s manual /handbook or contact them directly regarding the package / hardware configuration.

What differences should I expect using Broadband, Wi-Fi, 4G and 3G?

We recommend that you use Broadband or Wi-Fi which offers better bandwidth and more optimized performance for playback of our Live TV streams.

4G and 3G users should be aware that using Live TV may consume a high amount of data allowed in your plan. Also, 3G users may encounter “buffering” more often within streams.Note that when playback issues occur within a stream, it may be due to an issue at the event source and not fixable by yourself or this company.
