123GO Q&A – Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions to help users quickly understand demo and experience rules

What are the system and browser requirements to view the live video streaming?

Most operating systems should have the ability to stream uninterrupted coverage of our Live TV service. However, non-function (or problems with playback) may occur on older or lesser known operating systems.

Browser playback may vary depending on whether you are watching Live TV on Desktop or Mobile.

For Mobile devices we recommend you use the latest browser version of Chrome or Safari.

For Desktop devices we recommend you use the latest browser version of Chrome, Safari (on Apple PCs) or Internet Explorer Edge / IE 11. Some older versions of IE (7,8,9,10) may not playback Live TV.

Why does Chrome or Firefox browser not playback Live TV on my Desktop?

Due to a Flash blocking measure imposed by these providers, you may need to manually allow Flash to be played on your PC. Once the setting has been updated, you will not be required to adjust this again unless the cache has been cleared.

Chrome – Go to Settings > Show advanced settings > Content settings (Privacy) > Flash. Select Allow sites to run Flash and finally select Done. Firefox – Go to Menu / Add-ons, then click plugins and ensure that “Flash Player” is set to “Always Activate”.

Please check via search engine if either of these methods does not work.

Why am I unable to view events held in my country?

We are not permitted to stream certain events or matches from the host country.

How are the matches with live streaming indicated?

“On the odds page, matches with live steaming available are identified with a TV icon. Clicking on this icon while the event is In-Play will load the stream. For Mobile devices, you need to enter the event you wish to watch, before TV playback can be activated.”

Which countries can I watch live TV from?

Due to live broadcast copyright restrictions, this service function is temporarily only available to customers in China, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
