What does “Pending” status mean in Bet Receipt or My Bets?

All bets placed In-Play are subject to a system acceptance procedure. This may result in a “Pending” status being displayed, before your bet is either Confirmed or Rejected.

What is the meaning of a Dead Heat Rules?

Dead Heat Rules apply to bets where more than 1 winner has been confirmed for an Outright Market. Settlement will apply by dividing the original stake amount by the number of winners and multiplying this value by the original odds. The remainder of the stake will be lost.

Are my bets legal?

To bet with our company you must be at least 21 years old and have read and agree to our rules and terms to use our services.

What Is Over/Under?

“Over/Under” refers to a defined number of occurrences that may or may not occur within an event.

The selection you choose must be aligned with the recorded occurrences for a bet to be successful. For example, O/U 2.5 Sets in Tennis match.

Should you choose “Under” and the number of Sets played was 3 or more, then your bet will be settled as a loss.
