123Go mobile app is FREE for all 123Go customers. Data charges may apply and your mobile service provider may charge you for using their data services to access the Internet.

If you are using mobile web, there will be a message prompt on your screen where you can download the 123Go mobile app. Click for the download to begin.

Using your device, clear cookies for your browser of choice. The actions required for this will depend on your browser. The message will now show if you visit our mobile site, and you can continue to download the 123Go mobile app.

Follow these easy steps to download 123Go APP on your mobile devices:

1. Launch 123Go website on your browser to trigger an automatic prompt asking if you would like to download the app or visit this link
2. Once the download has completed, you should be able to find the app on you mobile phone’s home page.

If you see this message: “Untrusted Enterprise Developer”

-You need to enable “unknown sources” on your device. To access the Unknown Sources setting directly, press Home button and tap Settings.

-Select General, Profiles & Device Management. You may need to scroll down to see the Unknown Sources setting. When you find it, press it to check the box and enable Unknown Sources.

To avail the 123Go app, you will need to sign up as a 123Go member through our website. Once you have completed the quick register, you may complete your member profile using the 123Go Mobile App.
